Resilience in Action: Building Stronger Communities Together
📍 The Peppermill Resort, Reno, NV | 📅 May 4–7, 2026

About the Conference

The National VOAD 2026 Conference is the premier annual event for organizations and individuals committed to disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. Hosted by the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD), this conference brings together local, state, and national partners to strengthen collaboration and enhance the effectiveness of response efforts across the country.

This year’s theme, “Resilience in Action”, honors the dedication and innovation of those who help communities prepare for and recover from disasters. Whether responding to wildfires, floods, hurricanes, or long-term recovery needs, we come together to learn, lead, and lift each other.
